How soon can I expect delivery of my data after placing an order?
Once your payment has been received, the purchased company lists will be available in your customer account. You will also receive an email once the data is ready.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card, prepayment (bank transfer), invoice purchase, or Bitcoin. Please note that we are a US-based company. Any bank transfer fees will be covered by us. Please note that we are a company based in the USA. We will cover any transaction costs for bank transfers.

How can I test your data before purchasing a list?
For each lead list, we provide an automatically generated preview file, which you can download on the product detail page using the "Download Preview Data" button.
Where can I find my purchased lists and how long are they available?
After successful payment, you can find your lists in your customer account under "Orders & Downloads". Open your orders and click "Download File". The files do not expire, and you always have access to the latest company list.
In what format are the company lists?
The files are provided as a ZIP archive containing an .XLSX file (Excel). If you need a custom format (e.g., CSV), please contact us by email.
